RME - Where Can I Access My Radiant Me Purchases?
Access and View Online Courses:
Radiant Me programs are online courses, so you get instant access as soon as you log in using the credentials from your Welcome email.
No physical materials will be sent to you, but we do offer downloadable resources, like the 14-Day Metabolism Reset Recipe Book in PDF format.
If this is your first order with us, keep an eye out for the Welcome email containing your login credentials. If it ends up in your Spam folder, searching for mail@radiant.me in your email client should help you find it.
If you've ordered from us before, just use your existing login information to access your new materials.
Your username is the email address you provided us at checkout.
If you cannot locate your password in the Welcome email, you can click on "Lost your password?" for a password reset message to be sent to your email account.
You can also ask us to set a temporary password for your membership if that would help you get started!

- Cancel an unshipped supplement order or subscription
