RME - What is the 21 Day Abs Challenge?

The 21-Day Abs Challenge includes a series of follow-along videos.


All you have to do is hit “play” and it’ll be like Marina right there with you! She guides you through every movement, cheer you on, and help you to get a leaner, stronger, and toned midsection… together!


You will have 3 Weeks worth of exercise sessions and each session has its own video. For Weeks 1 and 2, you will have 3 sessions a week. In Week 3, you’ll have 4 Sessions/Videos.


The 21-Day Abs Challenge consists of 25-minute follow-along workouts per week.


Each workout is a blend of core-targeting circuit exercises that tone your tummy… and all you need is to show up!
