RME - How long are the videos?

The 21-Day Abs Challenge consists of  25-minute follow-along workouts per week.


Each workout is a blend of core-targeting circuit exercises that tone your tummy… and all you need is to show up! You can do these workouts from your living room and you’ll move and sweat using only your body weight.


It’ll be you and Marina for 25 minutes on whatever three days are most convenient for you during the week
