RME - What is the 21 Day Booty Challenge?

The 21-Day Booty Challenge includes a series of follow-along videos and 21 Days of Booty Challenge Recipes!


All you have to do is hit “play” and it’ll be like Marina right there with you! She guides you through every movement, cheer you on, and help you to get a leaner, stronger, and toned booty together!


You will have 3 Weeks’ worth of exercise sessions and each session has its own video.


The 21-Day Booty Challenge consists of 20-minute follow-along workouts per week, just 3 times a week! Each workout targets all three of your gluteal muscles while activating your fast and slow twitch muscle fibers.


Each workout is a blend of booty-targeting exercises that tone your glutes… and all you need is to show up!
