RME - How long are the videos for the 21 Day Booty Challenge?
The 21-Day Abs Challenge consists of 20-minute follow-along workouts per week.
Each workout is a blend of booty-targeting exercises that tone your butt… and all you need is to show up! You can do these workouts from your living room and you’ll move and sweat using only your body weight.
